About Kittitas County
Kittitas County is a county located in the state of Washington. As of 2010, the population was 40,915. Its county seat is Ellensburg, which is also the county's largest city.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 2,333 square miles, of which 2,297 square miles is land and 36 square miles is water. The highest point in the county is Mount Daniel at 7,959 feet above sea level.

September, Kittitas County Fair, Ellensburg
From the first organized Kittitas County Fair in 1885 to todays five day event
held each Labor Day weekend, the fair has always been about agriculture. From
its inception by local farmers and ranchers to showcase the best that Kittitas County has to offer, visitors will enjoy
agricultural exhibits and competitions, a four day rodeo and a gathering of
Yakama Indians along with a modern day carnival and amusement. For more
